NATUROPATHY & HOMEOPATHY
A visit to a Naturopath will be unique and catered to your needs. A first visit is usually about 1hour and a half and could be more. As I work with the whole person I will consider a variety of factors. A very thorough history will be taken. We will talk about lifestyle, diet, stress, environmental factors and family history. The setting is comfortable and casual and all information is confidential.
PAST LIFE REGRESSION
We have many physical bodies that we reincarnate into and we have a spiritual body that carries all that emotional, physical, mental and karmic residues into our present. For the most part, they integrate as part of our current incarnation but every now and then something remains unresolved and lingers in our present. They will often be emotional responses that have no apparent basis, mental fixed thoughts for no reason, or a pattern of behaviour that makes no sense but that we can not let go of.
PERSONALIZED GUIDED IMAGERY
Our world today is full of obstacles, stresses and unexpected events that can send us spiralling out. As we navigate the turmoil, we strive to keep balance but sometimes even the thought of trying to stay in balance can be overwhelming. Engaging in a meditation practice may seem like an impossible task when our minds are filled with anxiety and fear.
Guided imagery and meditation are wonderful places to start when you’re feeling overwhelmed.
ENERGY HEALING
We are alive because the life force is flowing through us. Life force flows within the physical body through pathways called chakras, meridians and nadis. It also flows around us in a field of energy called the auric field. Life force nourishes the organs and cells of the body, supporting them in their vital functions. This same life force supports our emotional and spiritual bodies. When this flow of life force is disrupted or blocked following physical emotional or spiritual trauma it becomes stagnant and may cause discomfort on all levels of the being
